Import Appointments from External Calendars

Below you will find a description on how you can import appointments from a number of different Calendar systems used in Sports Clubs, Training Gyms etc. It is possible to import Appointments from any type of Calendar systems that supports an iCal/URL external access.

TeamSnap to Daysi

Appointments created in TeamSnap can be imported into Daysi as “read-only”
Please note, appointments must be changed in TeamSnap and  Daysi will import the Appointments several times daily.

Team Cowboy to Daysi

Appointments created in Team Cowboy can be imported into Daysi as “read-only”
Please note, appointments must be changed in Team Cowboy and  Daysi will import the Appointments several times daily.

Import from other External Calendars

Daysi can import Appointments from any Calendar system that
supports iCal/URL link

The function for importing Appointments from External Calendars is a general function where you create a link to the External Calendar that Daysi uses when importing the Appointments.

This means, that Daysi can import Appointments from any External Calendar if the system support the function.

Please ask your supplier of the Calendar system if they supports the iCal Calendar format, or you can try to look in the FAQ pages on the Calendar System’s Website.
