Terms & Conditions 


Welcome to Daysi – your family calendar. The following terms and conditions are between you as administrator and family members and the company Daysi ApS (daysi.dk). This constitutes a legally binding agreement that regulates your use of “Daysi family calendar” hereinafter referred to as “the service”, in addition to its software, services, service, website etc. Daysi ApS gives you access to the service subject to acceptance of Daysi ApS’s terms and conditions, including agreement on confidentiality statement, misuse, end user license agreement that applies to the device.
Collectively referred to as “Terms” which may be changed from time to time, and apply to your use of the service. This expression of service and responsibility regulates the relationship with users and others who interact with Daysi – your family calendar. By using or accessing Daysi, you and your family members agree to these Terms and Conditions.


1.      Privacy Policy

Your privacy and discretion are very important to us. All information remains in a closed circuit on our servers. The Privacy Policy is designed based on a user-friendly method for sharing your information with your family members, as well as information about – which information belongs to Daysi ApS.

2.     User Account

To use Daysi, you must create a “user account” (administrator). You can then create relevant family members, friends, etc. The service has no responsibility for the information in your user accounts being correct and up-to-date. In connection with the creation, you must choose a password. The password is personal and must be treated confidentially.

If you experience misuse of either password or user account, you must immediately contact the service (Daysi ApS), whose contact information appears at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions. As an “administrator”, you must be at least 18 years old to be able to use the service.


3.     Deactivation, deletion of account

If you no longer want your user account to be active, you have the option of making it inactive. The deactivation means that it is no longer available to the members of the user account. However, the user account will still be accessible by the administrator for a restoration within 6 months, if this does not happen, it will automatically be deleted on the service’s server.

Daysi ApS reserves the right to delete the account if the subscription (payment) of the service ends.


4.     Rights

Daysi ApS is the holder of all rights, including property rights, copyright to “Daysi” – your family calendar”! By using, using or installing “Daysi”, you accept these “Terms and Conditions” and obtain a non-exclusive, revocable right to use “Daysi”. The right of use is conditional on you and your associated family members continuing to accept the conditions applicable at any time for the use of Daysi. If you or family members cannot accept these “Terms” – the use of “Daysi” must cease immediately.


5.     Limitation of Liability

Daysi – your family calendar, is made available for download as is and available and in the form available at all times. Daysi ApS strives for the service to be available at all times, but does not guarantee this. Daysi ApS cannot be held responsible for lack of access, operational disturbances, system crashes or the like, regardless of whether Daysi ApS could have avoided these.

The use of “Daysi” is at the user’s (family’s) own responsibility and at their own risk. Daysi ApS can at no time or in any case be held liable for damages for the user or users’ use of “Daysi” or lack of access to the service.

Daysi ApS is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information found on “Daysi”! Daysi ApS is also not responsible for losses arising from actions or omissions made in reliance on the information that appears from “Daysi”.

Furthermore, Daysi ApS is under no circumstances responsible for the “user content” that the user himself creates in “Daysi”. This applies to losses arising on the basis of actions or omissions – which have been made in reliance on the information provided by “Daysi” or lack thereof.

Daysi ApS can under no circumstances be held liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to consequential damage, lost earnings, loss of data or other losses incurred by the user or third parties.

If Daysi ApS, despite the above limitation of liability, becomes liable for damages, Daysi ApS’s liability is at all times limited to an amount – equivalent to ½ year’s subscription.


6.     Changes to Terms of Use

Daysi ApS reserves the right to change the “Terms and Conditions”. If Daysi ApS changes these terms, you will be informed of this in a direct e-mail to the administrator. If you do not accept the forwarded revised conditions, you will not be able to continue using “Daysi”.


7.     Changes to the software for “Daysi”

Daysi ApS will from time to time – continuously update the system with new measures and improvements.
Be it changes in functionality, design, new functionalities, etc., all to improve “Daysi” into one of the world’s best family calendars for smartphones.

Users will be informed on an ongoing basis about these updates, which will either take place automatically at “log-in” or be sent by e-mail. e-mail. Users will also hereby accept the sending of e-mails, of either an informative nature or direct updates.


8.     Subscription Information

Daysi is a Free App without binding or subscription and can be used by up to 8 family members.
If you want to upgrade to the Premium version, you just have to choose which subscription you want and then the extra functions will be activated completely automatically (typically it takes max. 5 min)
Payment will be charged to your iTunes or GooglePlay account and will automatically renew within 24 hours of the end of the subscription period.


9.     Disputes

Any dispute between Daysi ApS and user (administrator) must be settled amicably as far as possible.
If a possible case cannot be settled amicably, a case must be settled in the Danish courts. In such a possible case, the case must be submitted to the Court in Roskilde.
